I am a holistic therapist, artist and personal effectiveness mentor. I established ReflexEnergy By Amanda in 2012. My primary career was within the social care/health sector, with the final 10 years at strategic/senior management level.

TRM - Tension Release Massage (approx 1 hour)

A deep, intensive massage either upper body (back, neck, head, chest/torso & face) OR lower body - hips, glutes, full legs and feet).

Techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and shiatsu applied using thumb/finger/arm pressures combined with stretching and energy work. Excellent for shifting knots/tension, improving circulation, decreasing muscle toxins and increasing flexibility;  This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.  

Vitality Aromatherapy Massage (approx 1 hour)

A relaxing, uplifting massage with energy work for your whole body.  

Vitality blend of oils to stimulate circulation, induce relaxation and improve well-being, leaving you feeling revitalized and ready for new challenges. 

Can help stimulate circulation; lymphatic drainage reducing swelling/oedema; stimulating the bowel; help the respiratory system; help lower and balance blood pressure; reduce emotional stress; release muscular tension, ease pain and discomfort. 


Body Balance (approx 90 minutes)

A deeply relaxing top to toe combination experience using an uplifting blend of oils, An indulgent treat for your whole body, mind and spirit - Aromatherapy +  massage + Reiki/energy work + Reflexology to leave you relaxed & balanced.  From £80

Pregnancy Massage (45 - 75 minutes)

£40 - £60

Gentle, relaxing and uplifting - massage + Reiki/energy work for you and your developing baby. To improve physical and emotional well-being  stimulate circulation; lymphatic drainage reducing swelling; stimulating the bowel; help respiratory system; help lower/balance blood pressure; release muscular tension, ease pain and discomfort from back-ache or conditions like SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) and sciatica.  

After 12th week and may require written support from your medical practitioner

Hot & Cold Stone Massage (approx 40 or 70 minutes)

Stones are heated and oiled + Reiki/energy work in a soothing massage. 

A hot stone massage applied to the whole of your body + Reiki / energy work throughout helps your body relax and re-balance; releasing physical and emotional tension and stress, improving circulation and removing toxins. 

Back, hips, neck, shoulders and arms £35 (40 minutes) or full body £60 (70 minutes) 

Warm Bamboo Massage (approx 60 or 70 minutes)

Bamboo “sticks” are heated and applied with oils. 

An intensive full body massage that, through heat works deep into the muscles, though with a reduced amount of pressure than a deep tissue massage. Long stretching strokes, trigger work combined with either a stimulating or soothing aromatherapy blend all ensure your body relaxes, releasing tension and stress.  Excellent for shifting knots/tension, improving circulation, decreasing muscle toxins and increasing flexibility.

Family Well-being (approx 2 hours)

 I will come to you, I will need a quiet space for a therapy couch.  Your choice of treatments as a couple or family.  Ideal in the evening or towards the end of a week to relax, settle and revitalize the whole family.   From £95 (2 hours) maximum 2 adults + 3 children (£25 per additional part/half hour - arrangements in advance). 

Ready Willing and Able

Fertility to Parenthood. Treatments that focus on supporting the body to: optimize fertility (male and female), well-being during pregnancy and beyond into parenthood.
